If you are currently a Member of Ace Pickleball Club or are thinking about joining, we encourage you to contact your health insurer or review your policy to find out if your health insurance plan includes this reimbursement benefit.
Here are the Steps to Take
Check Your Health Insurance Plan
Contact your health insurer or review your policy to see if it includes reimbursing sports or fitness club membership. Look for specific details about pickleball clubs; some insurers may explicitly list eligible activities.
Download Your Invoice
Current APC Members can quickly and easily download an invoice from their Member Profile. This document is essential for submitting your reimbursement request to your health insurer.
Step 1: Log into Your Profile
Once you log in to your profile, you will see a row of narrow tabs at the top of the screen, and your profile details are below.
Step 2: Click on the “Invoices” Tab
Once you click, you will see all payments attached to your account within the last 30 days. You can change the date range manually or by using the “Quick Date” drop-down option and selecting “Apply Range.” You will see all invoices in that time frame.
Step 3: Click the green “Download Invoice” button.
You now have a downloaded PDF of your invoice. Here’s an example of an invoice from APC for your Membership.
Submit Your Request
Follow your insurer's process for submitting a reimbursement. Be sure to keep a copy of your submission for your records.
